What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We offer a full refund up to 7 days (two bedroom and smaller) or 14 days (three bedroom and larger) prior to Check-In, less the Reservation Fee charged at the time of booking. Inside of those date ranges, the full balance of the reservation is due and becomes fully non-refundable. Trip Insurance is available for purchase for added protection.
Where Do I Check-In?
This depends on which unit type and resort you book with VacationStar. Many of our resorts have self check-in as an option, however all Thousand Hills properties require check-in at their beautiful Clubhouse right off the Branson strip. Additionally, Table Rock Resorts at Indian Point has a check-in center on their resort property and StoneBridge Village Resort (OakRidge listings) has their own check-in center as well. At these check-in centers you will receive your pool keys, maps, coupon books and also meet the resort Concierge to book your Branson Area activities while you're on your Branson getaway.
What Are Your Check-In And Check-Out Times?
Check-In is at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-Out time is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
What Are Your Nightly Rental Rates?
Our nightly rental rates are dynamic and can fluctuate throughout the season based on occupancy and availability. Check out our always up-to-date Lodging section for exact availability and pricing on our units.
Do You Allow Pets?
Unfortunately, while we would love to, our policies do not allow for any pets in our units unless they are an ADA-certified service animal.
Are There Smoking Units Available?
Our units are 100% non-smoking. Should a guest choose to smoke in the unit, an excessive cleaning fee will be applied to the reservation. See our terms & conditions for more info.
Do I Get Anything Special For Booking Directly With the Resort?
Yes! You'll get exclusive access to all the amenities each resort property has to offer, including pool access, discounted rounds of golf, BBQ grills, 24-hour maintenance and staff, and on-site concierge service to help you plan and book your entire Branson vacation. Guest comfort and experience is our ultimate goal. When booking direct, you also will have less fees than when booking with a third party agency.
Is there Wi-Fi in the Unit I am Renting?
Yes - ALL of our units at VacationStar are equipped with in-room Wi-Fi and the network information and passwords will be located in the vacation rental as well as the Digital Guide Book link you will receive as your arrival date nears.
Do You Have Monthly Discounted Rates?
Call us at (877) 262-0430 if you're interested in a monthly (or longer) stay for exact pricing. We do entertain long-term stays (no more than 30 days typically) but we do not guarantee these during the peak tourist season in Branson.
Is My Credit Card Charged When I Make A Reservation Online?
Yes, a one night + tax deposit is taken to confirm all reservations, unless the reservation is made inside the cancellation window. When the 7-14 day cancellation window is reached, the balance of the reservation is due.
Is the Golf Course Available to the Public?
Yes, each golf course at resorts with VacationStar are available to our guests as well as to the public. Your Concierge will be able to book your tee times when you're ready to reserve.
