2 Bed + Loft, 2 Bath Cabin with Private Balcony

Enjoyed staying at the cabin! Was not expecting it to be across the main road from the actual resort..but not the end of the world for our group. Check in and out was easy! Staff at the resort clubhouse were kind and helpful!

FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. The Thousand Hills resorts/cabins are known for their quality, but we experience it for the first time staying at The Cabins location this weekend. The pics on AirBNB are exactly what you walk in to. The Cabins are a duplex setup with nice decor. What you don't realize is how practically the space is used in this unit type. Our family (coming from 3 locations) wanted a weekend with a few fun things to do, but most importantly to share some meals, be together and chill. This cabin did that for us. *Check-in: easy and simple (ask for swim towels if needed) at the Thousand Hills main check-in near this resort. *Bedrooms: spacious and all Kings. Can't beat it with decent mattresses and bedding. *Kitchen and Dining: Kitchen had everything you really need if you plan to eat at home. Always think about the little things you may prefer or may need if you enjoy cooking. If you need something, Wal-Mart is about 1/4 mile away. (I brought my griddle and grilling tools/grate for the park time grill they offer) Side Note: if you hear a beeping and it is coming from the refrigerator, it is a warning that the door needs to stay closed tocool it down. You can see the temp inside the top of the open fridge. *Shared Pool: It is a small kidney shaped pool but it was clean and fun. Porch: it is screened in and seats 4 and also shaded all day. Location: in the heart of Branson, but you do not hear the noise of Branson. :) *Communication: Let me end talking about communication. [They] respond within 30 minutes or less anytime I emailed them through AirBNB prior, during or after our stay. You cannot undervalue this part of our reservation. Just like with any rental unit such as this, some things may need a quick maintenance check. Their service team was on it and fulfilled all our requests. Not only that, but they did it cheerfully. As we were checking out this morning, one of their cleaning team members saw us and asked about our stay and hoped we came back. My whole family said, "We would stay here again." Easy to book online. Check in was fast at clubhouse. Staff was very helpful. Condo was as advertised in pics. Some damage to 1st floor bathroom tile floor and besides a broken towel bar in master bath rooms were big and beds comfy. Still some Christmas decor up and covered in dust. Everything else was nice. This place is top notch. Upon entering you have the cabin feeling, but so close to all the attractions in Branson. The cabin was well maintained and clean upon arrival. If you are looking for a place to stay in Branson without all the hustle and bustle of the main strip this is where it is at. This place was very nice. I gave it a 4 star because it was booked as 3 bedrooms which is technically correct but one bedroom is in the open loft upstairs which made the people who slept there had to go thru the other 2 bedrooms to use the restrooms and the internet was sketchy. - Reviewed on VRBO
