All our guest were completely happy with the vacation home. All seniors and loved the 6 bedrooms on one level! That was a great big plus! Everything was clean. The only problem we had was the coffee maker was very slow. 20 minutes to make a pot of coffee. I think they probably need to be cleaned with vinegar. I don't drink coffee, I was listening to their comments about all the coffee makers running slow. I'm only mentioning this so you know they are slow. But everything was fantastic!! Thanks again for such a beautiful place to stay!!

Family vacation

Our vacations to Branson includes extended family with ages ranging from 8yrs to 79yrs. Having all bedrooms on one level was the biggest bonus in this property. Pictures online don't do this property justice… the common areas were much larger than expected. We loved that each bedroom had its own attached bath. Our grandkids were ecstatic to have the pool just below us and a hot tub on the deck. Location is perfect! Two drawbacks… There were 12 in our party and one of our favorite parts of the day is a big breakfast together at one table in the morning. While this property sleeps 14, the table only seats 8, leaving the others to eat at extra seating available at the bar. When reviewing pictures of this property online, we noticed the lack of seating at the table and actually brought a folding table and chairs to extend the table seating. This may not be an issue for every group, but definitely a priority for us! Secondly, of all the rentals we've had in Branson, this property had significantly less kitchenware available (pots/pans/bowls/etc). Otherwise 5 stars and a FANTASTIC place to stay!! We'll be back!

Property was great! Only issue was that old coffee grounds were left in filters, hot tub water was low and dirty and water was spraying outside hot tub but 2 different people came and addressed the issues. Issues did not slow us down. Location was great. The pool right below us shopping was close. Cheeky Monkey was a great place if you enjoy old classic rock music great hamburgers and unique cocktails. Fun place. Bought their T-shirts. Group of 6 60+ year old women had a great time! Property was very nice! Reviewed on Vrbo

Our group of eight friends enjoyed six nights here. We really enjoyed having all rooms on one level. It was clean and everything we needed was there. Pool towels were not provided. The hot tub and table fireplace were a great addition. Reviewed on Vrbo

We fell in love with the house the minute we opened the door!
We had 5 couples that traveled
Together. We went to Springfield to Bass Pro and Lamberts, went to Queen Esther, and enjoyed the Outlet mall.We had a lot of fun playing card games on the nice big table.
We called the help line because the hot tub had alot of Calcium in it and the gas tank ran out in the fire table. Both were taken care of when we came back
Before we left, we decided we want to go back next year and stay in the same house..

The property was as described. We had a little trouble locating the property initially. The street signs didn't seem to match the address. We found it nice and clean, and it accommodated our family group very well. The kids enjoyed the pool. There was a hot tub and fire pit on the balcony. Overall, we had a very enjoyable weekend. We stayed here with 6 Adults and 8 Kids (2 - 11). The Kitchen and Living Room were very open and there were no issues finding a place to sit and eat or relaxing on the couch. The bedrooms were great, with even the kids saying that they wanted those beds at home. We really enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and even made s'mores one night on the 'camp fire'. Easy access to the pool really helped the kids get out any wiggles they had left after a day of hiking and riding roller coasters. Reviewed on Airbnb
