Stayed for 5 nights at the Majestic with 2 kids and 4 adults. This unit is in building 4 which is to the back of the property. You get a view of a wooded area and just a bit of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching rabbits, hummingbirds and cardinals. Right down the way was the boat dock where we rented a slip and stored our boat. Nice quiet cove area for early morning fishing. No boat ramp on site so put your boat in at Moonshine Beach ramp not too far away and trailer parking is on site. The pool is up a hill and it’s a short walk uphill or a short drive. The pool area is very nice with a covered gazebo area for some shade and plenty of chairs and tables. We spent a lot of time swimming. It’s 3 ft at one end and 5 ft at the other. Bring floats, noodles, toys, etc for the kiddos. The unit itself is very clean and well furnished with very comfortable beds and your typical sofa bed for the kids. The kitchen has most everything you need if you plan to cook meals. We cooked daily and had plenty of dishes, etc and there’s a dishwasher and dish soaps available. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. One has a walk in shower and other has a jetted tub. Bring laundry detergent if you plan to do any laundry as washer and dryer are in the unit. There are 2 charcoal grills at the end of the building and a gas grill that you can pay to use. Call in the morning or let them know at check in if you plan to do that as you have to sign a waiver for the gas grill and pay a rental fee. There’s lots of construction on site and on the main entry off the road. Thankfully they weren’t at it too early! To drive into town to go to attractions, it’s just a 10-15 minute drive. Anything on the lake is going to be about that distance. Fishing was decent on the lake catching some bass and sunfish. Nothing to write home about! About 5 minutes away is the fish hatchery where they raise trout and they put them in the other side of the dam on Lake Taneycomo. You can get a fishing license at Walmart or pay at the hatchery. Parking at the unit was never a problem but there is a larger lot at the end of the driveway. This unit is walk up with no stairs which was super convenient. It’s on the middle floor so you do have up and down neighbors. There are mostly residents living in the units and a handful of visitors. We met several friendly residents. Overall this unit was just what we needed for lake time, pool time and the short drive to attractions. - Reviewed on Airbnb

This was a nice place to stay. It was the perfect amount of room for our family of five and was comfortable. We loved having multiple televisions available as well as the full kitchen. it is a bit of a drive to 76 and The Landing, BUT the scenic lake views as you drive to and from make it worth it. We came in at sunset and it was jaw dropping. A small, but great derail for us was the coffee table with raised edges. It was PERFECT for family board games! The communication was easy and quick. The front desk agents were THE BEST! We laughed and chatted as we set up tickets for our trip. I would definitely recommend this place. - Reviewed on Airbnb
