Pointe 5812 - 3 BR Deluxe

We had 3 teenagers and had plenty of room. Loved being able to come back to the condo and relax. Comfy couch and beds. We didn’t have issues, but only informative comment may be that the beds and master bath tub would probably be problematic for elderly or anyone with leg or hip issues. The beds are super tall and master bath tub is really deep and a little slippery so getting in and out of shower may prove difficult for some. We loved it and would stay there again! Loved the condo we rented. The only complaint I would have were the cob webs above the kitchen sink. I noticed a lot of people mentioned it in their reviews and seen that they were still there. I would have rated a 5 for cleanliness if I didn’t notice them too. Other than that loved the condo and the price for the stay was amazing! Will be back! - Reviewed on VRBO

Overall we had a good experience. There were some housekeeping issues we noticed when we got there. There was cobwebs above the kitchen sink and the ceiling fans were covered in dust. The floors turn your feet black but I don’t think it’s because they are dirty. We called and they immediately came and cleaned the floors but it was still turning our feet black so I think it might be the padding underneath the flooring. Not really sure. As soon as we called about the floors they immediately came and addressed the issue. The condo has been nicely renovated and decorated with modern decor. The beds were also comfy and big. It had plenty of room for our party of 6. It’s in a great location close to the pool and the clubhouse. - Reviewed on VRBO

We had an enjoyable time at this location. It was very convenient to the pool and clubhouse. Close enough to the strip and other activities to make it easily accessible but still far enough away to enjoy the quiet property. The property is decorated nicely. The beds are comfy with room for our family to spread out. My 3 issues were that it could have been a little cleaner. The vents and some shelves were dusty. The paint was chippy in some areas. The blinds were tattered upstairs. Maybe some old toiletries in the bathroom? Nothing too serious just a critique. The second issue was, the daily cleaning supplies. For example the garbage bags and paper towels had to be the cheapest I have ever used. Please, just get the better supplies. I had to use more because the quality was lacking. And more laundry detergent wouldn’t hurt either. Finally the check in process was a little confusing. I don’t think we got the instructions to check in at the office before going through the gates. Some condos at this location have a key pad and the homeowners text you the entry code before arrival. So as a result we drove around the property with a confused look on our faces until we finally called the number associated with this listing Otherwise it was good. This was the perfect condo for me and my husband, our adult son, and 2 granddaughters. Everyone had their own bed - King for us, King for our adult son, and 2 Full-sized beds for the 2 granddaughters. The beds were very comfortable. Also, we each had our own bathrooms. This was perfect for 3 generations. The indoors pool was nice and only a one block walk away. The hot tub was outside but it was very nice, even with cooler weather. Could be a tad cleaner. Dishes were dirty, spiderwebs around light fixtures and dirty around showers - but wouldn’t stop us from staying again - nothing outrageous but should be noted. Great host!!
