This spacious three-bedroom plus loft, three-bathroom condo is ideal for large families or groups, accommodating up to 12 guests. It’s conveniently located just a short drive from Branson’s famous shows, shopping, and attractions.

The open common area features a full kitchen, a dining area, a breakfast nook, and a cozy living room equipped with cable TV/DVD and a queen-size sofa bed. Each private bedroom comes with cable TV as well as ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom also includes a twin-size sofa bed, while the second-level loft contains a queen-size bed. For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, along with free wireless internet.

Please note that this condo is located on the second floor and requires climbing 16 steps to enter. There is no elevator access available.

Great place with 3 bedrooms, extra bed setup to accommodate everyone in our group, 3 bathrooms. It's close to everything from all the shows to the lake. It's in a gate community so we feel safe and peaceful. Place was clean with full kitchen and washer & dryer and plenty of parking spaces. Our schedule was packed so we didn't use pools or fishing or golf courses. We love everything about the place.

We were very pleased with the condo!

We were very pleased with the condo! The place was clean and quiet. The golf course was beautiful although we did not get a chance to play this time we will be back for it! The kitchen was bare of pots and pans but, I always bring my own. We usually only cook breakfast in so, if you plan on cooking in bring your own pans. They had plenty of plates, cups, bowls and silver wear! We did have a problem with the A/C being frozen when we arrived. The maintenance came within minutes to fix it! Our key card also was not working to get in and out of the gate entering the neighborhood and the company promptly brought us new ones! We will defiantly be back!!

Excellent property! We stayed at Pointe Royal in unit 64. This location was convenient to get to everything Branson had to offer. The property amenities we clean, safe, and first class. The condo was spotless and well designed. The balcony was so peaceful. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this property!

We had a great long weekend at this condo! There were six of us, and there was plenty of space to spread out and sleep comfortably. The amenities were nice as well - we especially enjoyed the pool and the onsite restaurants. The location worked for us - it's about 15 minutes from downtown Branson, and close to several other attractions, so it was easy to get around by car. The space also had everything we needed, from plenty of towels to dishes to hair dryers. We'd definitely stay here again. Review on Airbnb
