It was very spacious for our family of nine. We liked the seasoned porch. It was great in the morning doing devotions and drinking hot cocoa and coffee. It was great having 3 bathrooms. The temperature outside was just right. Reviewed on Vrbo

We enjoyed our stay in Branson. I would like to suggest that there are more necessities left for the next customer. We ran out of trash bags and dishwasher soap. There were no dish rags or sponges available. Reviewed on Vrbo

We did enjoy staying at the condo. We had difficulty finding the check in area which was off site from the condo. Close to most all attractions. We had difficulty regulating the temperature in all the spaces...it was very cold but finally got it worked out. We had a few other small issues that were worked out. Reviewed on Vrbo

We were in a last minute bind with no place to stay (my husband and I and my son and his family). We had booked a different condo a few months ahead of time (with a different company), one hour before arriving at that condo, we received a phone call and said they were sorry but were going to have to cancel our stay at the condo. We were in shock. After (discussing) things with them on the phone, ( they did apologize and said it was their mistake) like that was going to help us, and they couldn’t help us find another place, I immediately pulled over and started looking for a new place through Airbnb instead of the other website I had used. I immediately found this place and was in shock it was still available! It was so simple to book and the Lady I spoke to at check in was so nice and helpful. The pools, neighborhood and everything were peaceful, just overall superb! Would give a 10/10! We will be recommending it to all family and friends and anyone else! We stayed with nine people and had plenty of room. The unit was clean and well stocked. Having the screened in balcony was very nice as we had a couple of rainy days. Beds were comfortable. The condo is as presented in the pictures. The pool was closed and we had very disappointed kiddos. I would recommend calling ahead to confirm the pool situation. A functional indoor pool is a high priority for us and it put a few wrinkles in our plans. The decor is dated and there was mold in the master bath ( shower curtain and ceiling). Overall, the condo was accommodating for my large family and we were able to spread out and have space enough. The neighborhood was safe and stroller friendly. - Reviewed on Airbnb

Condo was centrally located to all activities. We had 5 teens and college aged boys. They had an amazing time. Especially the pool, basketball court and gym area. Plenty of room. Only downside (minor) maybe more towels in the kitchen, upgraded cookware and small appliances. Great layout of the condo for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. We came with 4 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of room. Everything in the condo was very well maintained and management was easy to work with. The whole place is a little outdated, but the kids loved it. They said it felt like they were going to see grandma, haha. The area it was in felt very safe and there was plenty of parking. I give it 5 stars for what we used it for which was base camp to go out into Branson. Last thing, not a complaint, but the beds were a little stiff for me. The condo is just beautiful. The decor was really nice.. There was everything you needed movies books and ven toys for the little ones.. Our two family party of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - with 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 1 child, it was spacious enough to accommodate all our needs. It is located in a nice, secure resort, within short driving distance to many Branson attractions. The property owners and front office staff are very responsive and helpful. The only downside we experienced (though of NO fault of the property owners) was the resort outdoor pool was green and murky for most of our stay and the indoor pool had a light that popped out with the wires exposed in the pool. Eventually the pool's color and cleanliness improved 4 days into our stay, but we had anticipated enjoying this amenity more. We had lots of fun playing on the tennis & basketball courts, using the fitness center, and playing games and watching movies in the condo. This was a nice property. It was clean and there was plenty of room for all nine of us to feel comfortable and also to have privacy. The location of Pointe Royale is great too. Not too far from the Branson strip, but also not right in the middle of the busyness either. - Reviewed on VRBO
